Governors

Our School governors are volunteers who play an important part in setting the direction of the school, helping us to continually raise standards.

At Weston Primary School, our governors offer us an excellent balance between 'critical friends' and managers of our decision making process - each of whom is passionate about improving the lives of our children.

Governors at the school have been heavily involved in a number of important aspects of our development including our school monitoring program, attendance issues, teaching and learning, curriculum development, safeguarding staffing and staffing structures.

Our governors have been crucial to the improvements made by the school in the last few years and their continued hard work and support will ensure a bright future for our fantastic school.
