To begin 2024, our Spring 1 text was 'Star of Fear, Star of Hope' by Jo Hoestlandt. It tied in with our History topic studying World War 1 and World War 2.
Our text for the second half of the Autumn term was 'Can we save the tiger?' by Martin Jenkins. More details of our curriculum during this half term can be found in the 'Autumn 2' medium term plan at the bottom of the page.
We began the year using Jennifer Berne's 'Manfish' as a stimulus for our writing. We also studied lots of interesting topics across the curriculum. Check out our medium term plan for more information.
